Turns out, I just needed a sensor cleaning, and they handled it incredibly fast! Not only that, but they also took the time to explain what was wrong and how to prevent the issue in the future, which I really appreciated. I believe the tech’s name was Alex, but honestly, multiple team members pitched in, and I could tell they all truly care about their work.
